WHY ARE YOUR PERIOD PRODUCTS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MAINSTREAM BRANDS ?
Our premium products use the highest grade ingredients, such as certified Herbal Sanitary Pads, and are manufactured in an ethical and sustainable way. Although our products are a few pence extra per unit, we have also invested heavily in sustainability and social impact initiatives to ensure our products are kind to the body and planet. We aim to make our products as accessible as possible and offer discounts through our subscribe & save repeat order services, and be sure to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about promotions.
ARE YOUR PERIOD PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
Our products are hypoallergenic, made from Bio degradable core material , and free from toxins, chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibres and fragrances. Aura Natural Pads products are especially suitable for people with sensitive skin types.
WHAT ARE AURA NATURAL LINERS MADE FROM?
Our liners are made from Herbal Panty liners and a plastic free, non-toxic adhesive. Aura Natural products are free from toxins, chemicals, chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibre and fragrances.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AURA ‘DAY PADS’ AND ‘NIGHT PADS’?
Our Regular pads are perfect for a medium flow. Our Overnight pads have a higher absorbency making them better for a heavier flow, or for overnight use.
WHAT ARE AURA NATURAL PADS MADE FROM?
Our pads are made from Plant Based Fiber and a plastic-free, non-toxic adhesive. All Aura Natural are free from toxins , chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibre and fragrances.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS BIO-DEGRADABLE ?
Yes! Aura Natural Pads are USDA Certified Biobased Product and certified with 93 % Biodegradable carbon on it. We are one of the First Sanitary Pads in the world to get certified in the USDA BioPreferred Program.
WHAT IS SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ?
You can now Subscribe & Save with Aura Natural Pads orders. There is a 5 % Discount on the Sale Price of Aura Monthly Packs when you subscribe. We have flexible 30 or 60 Days Delivery Schedule on monthly packs delivery.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, Free shipping available for orders above $60. For California Orders we offer Free Shipping for $40 Orders.
Our Standard Shipping rate is $ 1.50 for Aura Mega Pack
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs can be calculated during checkout process before placing an order. The pricing varies based on the zip codes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently Aura Natural Pads does not ship internationally at this time.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
Currently we use FedEx, USPS and UPS.
WHEN THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPING?
Most of the orders processed and shipped within the next business day.
Typically it takes 2-5 days to reach you depending on your location.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is submitted, you'll be directed to a confirmation page with your order number.
You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking information.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER?
If the order is not shipped already we will be able to update the shipping address.
You can update the information in the account page or give the details through the contact us page and we will correct it for you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?
Yes, you can cancel the order if it is not shipped already.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store.
Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".
Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the products.
We generally ship the products next business day.

We are very sorry about that. Please contact us and we will make sure to correct the issue as soon as possible.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment from all major credit cards: Visa, American Express, Master and Discover.
We also accept payments from PayPal, Apple Pay .
Returns & Payments
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email auranaturalpads@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide you the instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
HOW DO I RETURN DAMAGED ITEM(S)?
Please contact us with the details of the item(s) and we will either refund or send new package as soon as possible.
Please provide us photos of the damaged items for us improve our packaging in the future.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, HOW DO I RETURN?
Please contact us with order details and we will either replace the items or refund as soon as possible.
